Urban lumber is milled from felled or fallen trees in an urban area. It is from trees that would otherwise be turned into mulch.

No, we do not do any tree work, but we are happy to recommend an arborist or tree company.

No. Our requirements are 18 inches in diameter or larger and 8 ft. or longer.

Yes, our sawmill service $125/hour and $30/blade if we hit any foreign objects. The log must be dropped off and the lumber must picked up. Please Contact Us to arrange.

We mostly sell pre-surfaced lumber and slabs, but we will surface any rough lumber purchased from us if it's not already surfaced. We don't surface outside dimensional lumber, but we will surface slabs up to 54" wide and 13' long.

Yes! We make dining, conference and coffee tables, stools. Basically furniture with flat surfaces and no moving parts. We only work with wood that we harvest, and no sheet goods(plywood). If you have a project in mind please reach out here.

Will you apply finish to the wood I purchase?

Will you apply finish to the wood I purchase?
Maybe! We can apply a clear oil/hard wax finish. Keep in mind that prep work will be involved before applying finish, this will add onto the labor cost. We don't apply any stains(finishes with pigments). We also sell a variety of user friendly wood finishes in our showroom.
